Super kind staff. They take the owners concerns seriously, thorough exams are completed and vets do a great job at making sure everything makes sense and all questions are answered. I do feel very heard at kindness Animal Hospital and feel my cats are getting the best care possible.

The office support is always kind and friendly. The vet techs are helpful and gentle w my old dog. Dr. Emmit is very thorough on his exam and addressing and issues we have. Def recommend!

Dr. Emmett was so kind and his staff was too.
Our little girl wasn’t feeling right for about a week. We brought her in and they determined her kidney was failing. They kept her in over the weekend for some fluids and Dr. Odegard and his team kept us updated everyday about how our Ivy was doing. Monday morning came and she was back to herself again. Can’t thank them enough for making our little girl feel better. I always feel she is in good hands when we bring her in! She is back to living her best life. 😻
the people working there not only treat your pet with the best of care but they also treat the owner with the upmost respect.
They had never seen my WPG before, and she was very ill. Vet we had been seeing for 20 years was "too busy" and could not fit us in. Kindness told me to bring her in immediately, upon hearing her symptoms and saved her life. Have NEVER been back to the other vet. They are caring and professional.
