The service is a tad spotty-seems like they were training new ppl. They switched our table -TWICE (once b/c it was some servers “turn” to have a table. They need to organize that better) and it took FOREVER for our waitress to come. She was apologetic and was very nice. It seems like they had ALOT of folks on the schedule who weren’t really working as they were just walking around. Spacious restaurant, clean bathrooms, great food! I’d definitely go back and encourage everyone in a seafood mood to give it a go!
Little disorganized but wonderful otherwise!
Arrived to the restaurant it very loud the customers that were near us was just as loud as the music that was playing we did not get our drink order until 20 mins after being seated. We left was not worth the headache to continue to wait.
I had reservation and had to wait 45 minutes to be seated is what the hostess said well if waiting after that amount off time this couple walks in and hostess states everyone follow me never ask who was next or anything so we followed her to the seating area only to be told we would have to wait another 15 min, she thought we were the couple and their 2 children who just arrived. Dinner reservation at 8:30, I believer we walked out just before 11pm. It took about an hour just to get our drinks and then food followed about a 1/2 hour after that. Luckily we were catching up with another family so conversation made the wait tolerable. My problem was that our waitress kept saying there was no bar service and what was taking so long. Are waitress didn’t check on us after the initial order. Had to flag her down to get the check and had to flag someone else down to give the checks to. Frozen beverages were to thick to be liquor. Fries were order and brought late after our meal was done. Had 2 send back because they weren’t Cajun fries as ordered.
We had to run down our waitress to get a refill, the plates were dirty, we basically was ignored other than ordering and bringing our food. The bathrooms were disgusting!!!
Service was friendly but slow. Food was terrible. The gator bites and calamari was rubbery and had mozzarella sticks that were half filled with cheese and one with no cheese at all in it. Music was way too loud. Poor beer selection.
I made a reservation here to take my wife on a date since we were in town visiting and I was disappointed in the restaurant. The food was good, not great but definitely good. That’s really about the only positive I have. The music in the restaurant was very loud like I was in a club and the service felt like we were being rushed out of the place.
