I had my surgery in July of 2017, best choice i ever made, even after my left eye was not seeing as well as the right i went back 3 months later and got it redone and now both eyes are 20/20. I choose to get this done because i hated paying $300-$500 a year to two years for new glasses and paying for scratch resistance and still ending with scratches and not being able to see through them. I also like to wear make up and my makeup would get all over the glasses and leave impressions on my face. I work for a mental health fac... read more

LASIK was a scary thought at first. Someone cutting my eyes?! No thanks. But after meeting with the people at King LASIK, it was so easy and the procedure was so fast. My recovery time was even faster then I expected as well. No regrets.

Business response:

We know that some folks find the idea scary, so we always want to make sure they feel comfortable and well taken care of. We're happy to hear from you, and we hope you'll let us know if you ever need anything else. -Joseph K.

i got my lasik surgery done with king lasik. poor after service.. eye burn is common in following year. no service is provided in follwing year and patient is told to visit an eye care centre. my partner got it done through lasikmd and is covered for 5 years follow up. paying 3600 and then getting no service after a year is an expensive and poor deal.

I got tired of trying to find my glasses, of going camping and it being such a hassle but what really made me get LASIK was the thought of, what if my child was in danger, I lost my glasses and not being able to save her life!?! All that was scary and annoying so getting LASIK was the best thing ever!

Business response:

We couldn't agree more, Michelle -- getting LASIK is the best thing ever. It's wonderful to hear this kind of feedback. Wishing you a fantastic day. -Joseph K.

I took my 18 year old daughter to King Lasik 1 year ago. I gave her a choice for her high school graduation present. We could take her to Greece or she could have Lasik surgery. She chose the Lasik surgery. At first I was concerned about her age but they assured me that there would be no problem. You see my daughter has had glasses since she was five years old, she could only see about 5 inches in front of her face. Of course when she got older she started to wear contacts. The doctor told us that she was one of the worst pa... read more

I received Lasik Surgery in October 2017...It was the best decision I ever made...I went from needing new glasses & eye exams every year to just some reading glasses. No more asking someone where something is in a grocery store or missing a street sign cuz I couldn't read it...Life is really AWESOME now. The birds are singing and so am I. I believe in this Company!

Business response:

Clair, we love what we do here, especially because our patients get to see the world clearly for the first time -- what a beautiful thing! Thanks for your support on here, and take care. -Joseph K.

I'm actually very disappointed in the results, Before the procedure, my vision wasn't terrible, I could actually see well in low light and not bad during the day. I wore glasses for computer use and reading only. So after much consideration, i decided to have the surgery. I am self employed and was very concerned about the recovery time, I was assured that 1-2 days and i would be seeing good, a week max. The day after the procedure i couldnt see anything, everything was blurry. The Dr. assured me that a day or two more and t... read more

Business response:

I had Lasik surgery on one eye about two years ago by Dr. King. I love the lasik results. I had a Kamra installed in my other eye and I am not really happy with the results of that procedure and keep thinking I need to go back in and get it redone. It is supposed to allow me to see up close in one eye and the lasik allows me to see distance in the other eye. I did not need to wear reading glasses before the procedure, but have had to since the procedure which is a total bummer because I hate glasses. I barely had any interac... read more
