Dr Matavao made it possible for my little punkin to survive a severe blockage, and made it possible for my Shadow Moon to come with me to Washington. I will probably never meet a veterinarian more deserving of the praise. I will miss this pet hospital not only because of the care and love they exude, but also because of their keurig machine. They take care of their patients and their pet parents.
We have been taking our dog to annually check-up at King Street Pet Hospital for more than 4 years. The staff are always gentle and kind. The Doctors extremely professional and knowledgeable. We are happy and confident that our dog receives the best care on the island.
We recently moved here from the mainland. When we discovered a growth on our dog's back we reached out to a relative for a veterinarian referral. Our relative informed us that King Street Pet Hospital was his veterinarian for his dog. We decided to make an appointment and travel from the west side to this business. Dr. Fujie examined our dog. We decided to have the growth removed on a follow up visit to determine if it was cancerous. Dr. Fujie removed the growth and informed us that it was not cancer. What a relief!!!... read more
I'm going to be upfront and admit I am the MOST uptight, overbearing, "do my research" pet owner there is. I have little dogs that I love dearly and only try to give the best to. After being fed up with overpriced vets (VERC and to an extent Kahala pet Hospital) I decided to try King Street Pet Hospital since it had good reviews and I wanted to establish a "common ailments" vet for my dogs. I've been going to KSPH for a while now and I take 2 dogs there. I love this vet. My dogs both have different veterinarians. Dr. Ganzer and Dr. Choi are both FANTASTIC! You can tell that they care about each and every animal as if they were their own. They take the time to explain everything they're doing and every appt I've ever taken my babies to have been nothing but a breeze. Their prices are decent but most importantly, their care is amazing. This is a long overdue review. My hearts breaks and my eyes tear-up when I think of the day. My dog died even before we arrived at King St Pet Hospital. Dr. Goo was there trying to help me understand and comforted me. It was all blurry at the very moment and all I can remember now is the kindness she extended to me. Thank you Dr. Goo. From the first inquiry call I was assured of what my pup needed and how much it would cost. Naturally I scheduled for a first visit. The first appointment was awesome and informative. My 9 week old Pitador loved all the attention and treats he got.
Dr. Fujie & his team are the best veterinarians on Oahu. Dr. Fujie has been my vet for over 20 years. Knowledgeable, caring & experienced, your pet is in great hands at King Street Pet Hospital.
King Street Pet Hospital has treated my cats with the same love and concern as they would their own.Especially Dr F. Not only does he love cats, but he's conscientious,thorough, and fairly priced. He was so nice and compassionate in helping my 17 year old cat that had cancer pass peacefully.He exhibited the same care with my current 14 yr old cat who recently had to have surgery.I would recommend anybody to this vet!!!
