Hi Jamie, I am sorry for the issues that you had at KPA Latham. We do have very strict policies to ensure that all guests are safe. These policies are to be followed by everyone, no exceptions. We do not hand out empty cups to guests without a purchase. We do this because outside drinks of any kind, are not allowed in our center. (Alcohol of any kind cannot be brought in) All bowlers are to wear bowling shoes. This is for the bowler's protection as well as the lanes.
