I had my first experience with KMAC this afternoon. I was a walk-in, bringing in my fur baby Jaida who had an ear infection. The whole staff was very polite as well as professional. I was also very pleased with how Dr. Mays went about taking care of Jaida. Proud to call them my fur babies new & improved place to go!

They are great. The staff seems very knowledgable. Only issue I have a concern of is refusing to see an animal if you can't make payment. I understand the reason and nothing really against just them but vets in general. You have no money to bring them in but they need care immediately. Vets in assuming love animals and want to not see them suffer. Refusing visits because of money and finding out how to have a sick animal help makes things difficult at times...
great clinic! fun to hear staff laughing w/each other and stopping in to say 'hi' to my critter while we are waiting to be seen. would love to see pix of all staff added to site and a way to thank them individually.

RecommendedWe cannot say enough great things about this place. Dr. Demott has always been so helpful with our sick cats and so has Dr. Orr. Now today Dr. Rader and Vivian who came out to the house to Euthanize a very sick dog on Saturday of all days. I believe KMAC has the most compassionate animal care in our area. Thank all of the staff for all you have done for us and our cats and now the late "Stryker". I will be forever grateful.
