The awesome, caring vets, techs and all support staff. They CARE about our furbabies, and that will always keep me coming back. Dr. Orr is my hero! She saved Muffin's life when her TMJ was broken in three places. I am ever grateful for her tireless work and dedication to heal Muffin when NC'S surgical staff would not even take on the challenge. we've been taking our pets to kings mountain for a few years now but recently we had to make the hard decision to say goodbye to our goodest good girl. Kings Mountain made this difficult time less difficult. They are so caring and compassionate. Ginger was cremated and when we pucked up her ashes, included in the bag was a plaster paw print. Two wks ago our little Lulu desperately needed a vet. I called everywhere and this sweet receptionist said to bring her in they would work her in. When we arrived they said she would be cared for as soon as possible. Such a friendly caring staff especially Karleigh who made sure we were comfortable while waiting for Dr Ryan.
