Staff is AMAZING, They greet my pet like an old friend each and every time we come. They found out My dog was turning 10 and made it a special day for him. I rest easy knowing my boy is in capable hands all day with Kingsmark...i highly recommend them if you want peace of mind.
Super easy to deal with and they take great care of the dogs. We left our dog here while checking out the Grand Canyon for the day, they open early and have pretty late pickups. We will definitely use them again where we’re back in that area!
I used to use Kingsmark quite a bit, but honestly, I can no longer recommend it. The last time I was there, as I showed up, they told me my dog's records were out of date and they could not accept him without the records. That alone, I totally understand, but when the reservation is accepted, why would that not be communicated. The service is often very slow and this time the internet was down, slowing everything down even more! We love this place, the staff is phenomenal and our dogs are always happy. They get so excited when we pull into the parking lot for daycare. Sadly we can’t afford to board anymore though. $70 PER DOG when they are all sharing the same kennel is a lot. We got back from our trip and boarding cost more than the trip. Our old place did $15 extra per dog per night when they shared a kennel and that was very reasonable.
Kingsmark Kennels is amazing! I left my kitty cat there for a couple days during Thanksgiving, and I would not have left her anywhere else. Was recommended by a coworker. They sent me updates, photos, and even a report card! My cat has separation anxiety, but with how much attention they gave her she really seemed at ease. I will definitely be bringing her back if the need arises! Also, my first night was free, which I totally didn’t expect!
