A decent place that sits across another one at the Morningside Ave and Kingston Rd intersection - No Frills, Beer Store, Tim Hortons, Rexall, ChickNJoy, Jerk King, PizzaPizza, McDonalds and a few other business. Parking is never a problem - 2 lanes at the McD's drive through and the Tim's is on the smaller side with no drivethrough.
