I have 2 insurance companies for dental. They refused to file both and told me I needed to pay up front before they filed the second insurance and then they would mail me the reimbursement. This is after they verified both insurances. Jerica is very rude, not friendly, and stuck up. If you are not a better than thou person I do not recommend going here as they will make you feel awful about everything and will not be helpful at all.
I'm so glad I found Dr. Kinsey. He and the staff are wonderful, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my teeth. I would recommend him to anyone.
