It was the worst experience of my entire life! I never had a remodel before so I thought I would be safe using the company that the previous homeowner used.I ended up having to call workers myself because they wouldn’t call and let me know when they were coming. I had not planned to report my Mar 2018 negative experience w/Todd of Kirkplan until I read the Apr 2018 review that Kirkplan doesn't call you back if your remodel estimate is "low". I laughed when I saw the review and shouted "that's why we never heard from Todd again". My story: I contacted Nigel at Kirkplan in Mar 2018 requesting an estimate for builtin cabinets for 2 bedrooms. He sent Todd on 3/28 who measured and discussed his and our ideas. Very sorry to hear that Todd never called you back. 1 star its a little harsh considering that there was no charge for us to come out, and that you had a good experience with Todd in your home. $15k is a lot of money and that is not the case at all. As far as the other review that you had read and that you are referring to, let me just say in the nicest way that the couple are very abusive.
