Compassionate Karen at reception pulled out all the stops very quickly to get me in to see Dr Cristy when I called to complain of an infected tooth. Karen showed great compassion and professionally found an option for me to see someone right away. That someone is Dr Christy who has amazing patience and has a great personality to soothe a nervous patient like me. Most impressed. Would appreciate it if this feedback is elevated to owner. Everyone is always friendly + professional After my 6 month check-up , my mouth always feels so fresh + clean. I never feel any discomfort or pain . My hygienist is so good + gentle. She makes going to dental office a pleasant experience.
Always reliable and caring Every member of the office is welcoming and caring, from the reception desk, to the hygienists, the dentists and the billing staff. My family has come here for over 20 years and we feel like part of the family!
Amazing!! I am always so skeptical about going to the dentist because it hurt sometimes but I had Susan and she was so nice, talked me thru everything, and then Dr Esbitt was simply amazing as well. I had two cavities and they filled them today so I didn't have to come back! THANK YOU!
