This was a follow-up consultation and though I knew it was going to be bad news because of my situation, it was handled with the utmost professionalism and tact. Dr. Esbitt and his Dental Hygienist, gave me options and information and what I like about Dr. Esbitt it, he always says, we will make it better. No matter your situation, he has a positive outlook. And that is what will makes me laugh in the chair and will bring me back.
Nice staff Cara the hygienist was very professional and well spoken. But it Was quite a while trying to leave with the receptionist having a personal conversation when i tried to schedule my follow up appt . . Consider the patients time as well.
Angela was great! Been going here since I was a kid. Staff is great, friendly and accomodating. .... Angela in particular is very efficient and caring.
