I had a cleaning with a new Hygeines. Her name was Katie. Upon my arrival everyone was friendly which has always been my experience. Although I had never had cleanings done by Kate, she was excellent with providing the service. I could have fallen asleep in the chair because she was so gentle when cleaning my teeth.She informed me of what she was doing before doing it,. When unsure about something she asked. Professional and friendly! Two of my boys had procedures done recently. Dr. Esbitt was professional, friendly, and timely. He talked through exactly what he was doing. We were very pleased with both appointments.
