This office has an exceptional team! From the time I called to schedule and then called back to ask to be on the cancellation list I always felt that their customer mattered. I was able to get in sooner than originally planned to take my sister while I was visiting from another state. The staff is pleasant, easy to communicate with and seem to genuinely care about their patients. We had an excellent experience at this practice. I highly recommend.
My experience was great as usual. Tammy, my hygienist is the only person to clean my teeth. Many years. Everyone at Kirkwood was nice, the facility was clean, neat and organized. I won't go anywhere else.
Hygienist and Dentist are professional, yet friendly, very efficient, and they go above and beyond to inform patients; preventative measures to keep your teeth healthy and strong. However the receptionist that check-in/out patients are very condescending and not very helpful to patients. Which is the only unpleasant part of this practice.
Susan always does an excellent job on my teeth. The personnel are very friendly and the office is always clean. I have been going there for 34 years and it’s always been a pleasure.
