I arrived a half an hour before my appointment time, and left an hour later after watching patient upon patient get called in before me. Absolute waste of my time with no explanation whatsoever.
I saw Dr Munuswamy about 6 years ago and I must say that my comments were the exact same comments as the one on top with a horrible experience. That was my first experience and my last! No patient should be treated like that. Patient 000
Why this doctor receives all these positive reviews eludes me. The Dr. Munuswamy I saw was cold, dismissive, arrogant, and completely lacking in any empathy. He walked into the exam room and barely acknowledged my presence, immediately sitting down and reviewing my chart on a laptop without saying anything to me. Felt uncomfortable, Doctor staying in the open door frame and talking about my condition. Other remarks are not trust building, more on the rude side. Bad bed side manors; should improve. Would like to switch to another doctor. Were I can speak, ask question and leave satisfied.
Went two times with chest pains and he did electrocardiogram and chest xray I was told everything looks good. I kept having chest pain and went to another Cardiologist for a second opinion and he found three blocked areas that needed stents, one was blocked 100% NOT GOOD!!!!
I just coming from surgery and the consultation with this Dr was by phone in his office them he show in the office with his hands in is packet say to me ok we need to follow in 3 months , he never sheck my hearth he never order EKG he looks like he dont want to be close to the patients why they give appoiments when don't want to give good service.
He is arrogant, no patience, does not really seem to care
