I had cabinets installed, however there are cracks in at least 5 or 6 places and I have been trying to get them fixed for well over a month now. Every time they schedule me for this to be fixed they either cancel, reschedule or are a no show for the appointment. I got another call today fromJason to inform me that my appointment for today between 1-5 has been yet again rescheduled for next Tuesday but do not have a time yet.
They gave us the median price so we went with them. Also they were recommended by Trust Dale. Don’t trust dale. Our installer was a nightmare. My husband is an engineer. When we pointed out flaws in spacing, he blamed it on our boxes. My husband would adjust spacing in between days. We have shelves that slide. Bought them and installed about 8 months before kitchen refacing. After refacing of pantry, shelves would not slide out. Don't use these guys. They put a very thin coat of paint on the doors. After 3 years of cleaning them with a damp cloth, the paint wears off on the edges and then the water seeps in and swells those areas. I called Carl and he said the warranty does not cover water damage. I explained that the paint wore off and that is what caused the water damage. He declined to fix at no cost and it would be $75 for them to come out and $50 a door. Run away fast and don't look back. Very poor quality paint job and a waste of $5000. KFG Is... read more
What a false representation of a family owned company. Schedule is everything. Quality falls short. It will cost me almost another thousand dollars to complete my kitchen after seven weeks of frustration. Shame.
