Dr. Banks and her staff were wonderful! It was my son’s first visit and from the moment we walked in, I know I was definitely at ease. Miss Paige and Miss Jen (I believe, I hope I’m right with her name) were fantastic. My son is really shy around new people, and didn’t really warm up until the end of our visit, but these ladies were so patient, sweet, and understanding that it made the visit that much more enjoyable. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome and loved. Don’t know what the hiring process is but man are they doing it right. Every single member of the staff is welcoming, helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place to anyone with children. They make it easy to build a great foundation of oral care through the environment they provide for young ones who might be apprehensive.
