Klaudene was always available to answer questions and help out. She is very kind and knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining difficult to understand financial concepts. She was always quick to respond to messages and was even willing to talk on nights and weekends when issues would arise that were time sensitive. Even though she was very busy, she always made us feel like we were getting personalized attention. I would happily refer her to friends and family as she is a wonderful guide.
