Initial call was very misleading. At the appointment, it was a pressure high pressure sales approach, representative didn’t listen to what we were saying and once it was clear that there wasn’t going to be a sale, he couldn’t get us out the door quick enough.
I have been a member for years , would not recommend , due to not being allowed to use a camp ground because they say I bought in before they bought this camp ground , thats wrong . My contract says I can use all KM resorts but they wont let me use it. Buyers look out.
Never again... don't trust!
We were told we got a free membership for a yr. And we did not have to put money down. We were supposed to meet Christina. But got a different rep instead. Everything sounded great until we had to put money down. They did not even offer the main free membership we won. But we get three free night stay. Big deal! Me and my husband will go somewhere else.
Our visit was terrible. First the sales guy stayed home and we were left wondering what to do. We called the representative and she said the sales guy was there making us look like liars. She said she would call right back and didn't. Still have not heard from her and it's been 3 weeks. We wasted a trip out there driving an hour and a half. Sooi disappointed
We were told we needed to come in to have our picture taken for our ID cards and it would take 15-20 mins. We got there on time and after waiting for 15 mins explained we needed to meet a contractor and needed to see the gal who scheduled us. She wasn't even there yet so a nice man stepped in and took the 2 second picture and gave us the pitch for upgrading our membership...which was no doubt the reason we had to go in in the first place. Really tacky. Not up to the level we thought K&M was.
We came to gather thoughts after a horrific job loss. Not only did the office assist us in sending out things but peace and kindness we will NEVER forget.
Office peopple were always great and helpful, had a nice wide spot, other than it flooded when it rained hard. We could if moved, but with our stay so short we decided to stay put. Will be back in the spring. Thank you.
The facilities was great the only thing was tt parking was very tight
