WARNING- Due to a family issue or I would haven given this repair a go myself but I had Knight Pro come out all they gave me a quote of $851.00. I Originally felt it was a little on the high side as I’ve replace a Hot Surface Ignitor in my main house just a little over a month ago but with this quote, I assumed it had to be something more technical than an ignitor so I gave the go ahead. So I was looking in our records and we don't have you as a customer, I also must say we would never have two technicians go out one after the other and checking our schedule that never happened on our side either. After looking at the last time we repaired or replaced any type of igniter on a water heater we charge $650 for that including all parts labor and time.
