Great experience! They removed and installed a new kitchen sink and faucet for me a couple of months ago and everything has been working great. I was originally scheduled on a certain day for the estimate however, my daughter was sick one day and I called to see if they had any availability to come that day since I had to miss work and stay home with her (didnt want to miss more work due to the estimate). Recently, Knock Out Plumbing came to our rescue in resolving our issue of not having any hot water. They are an amazing company and crew. They always conduct themselves in a professional manner. Joey came out to my condo with very short notice because of the severity of my water issue, even though he was busy. He arrived in a well-marked truck, was very professional and pleasant to work with. He communicated via text and call, showed up on time, and kept me informed about the work. We’ve had Knockout Plumbing service us three times now. Once to relocate and repair our gas line, an emergency call to service our water heater and the other to fully re-plumb our house. Each time had been with exceeded expectations. Quick, efficient, informative, and clear on pricing. Joey from Knockout Plumbing came to my home with what I thought to be a water heater replacement based on my inexperienced/untrained eye to be corrosion on the tank. Joey gave me the Happy news, it was a 'service line' (copper hose) incorrectly installed causing a water leak. Thus creating the look of corrosion in my eye.
