I was quite disappointed that I had not been scheduled for the type of appointment that was requested thereby cancelling an already scheduled appointment elsewhere. However, the staff that I encountered was upon arrival as very welcoming and the dental hygienist and dental assistant that cared for my daughter were very sweet, informative, patient, professional and extremely kind which definitely made up for the other experience(s). I'd return and refer others.

Knollwood is wonderful. I am new to they knollwood family and I don't regret the switch. Great atmosphere, thorough, my 4yr old loves it (always asks when her next appt is), the ladies are always good for a chuckle and conversation. I always leave with a smile 😁!
