The lady that did the x-rays was ok. The lady that did the teeth cleaning was ok as well, and friendly. She fed criptic information to another lady that came in sometime during the cleaning, I was not introduced to her. Along the way I was told that I would need to have one tooth pulled and another the crown would have to be pulled off in order to asses the tooth below. Dr. Kim did the preparation work for replacing a crown. He is efficient, careful, and skilled. He answered all my questions.
