You can't get through to make an appointment. No one calls back after leaving a message. Was on hold in the "que" for 10 minutes. Have tried for two weeks to get a mammogram scheduled. Will look for other options.
I have been a patient at KCBC for almost 10 years. In the past I was treated with the respect and compassion that Dr. Kozlowski brought to every appointment. I have had many problems through the years requiring multiple surgeries. After a problem was again detected in my last appointment, an ultrasound confirmed the mass. Dr. George Webber with KCBC has been one of the most unprofessional degrading doctors I have ever encountered. This doctor performed an operation on radiated skin, which as an experienced medical professional should have known excising radiated skin is almost unheard of. About a week after the surgery the incision busted open causing an open wound, which has caused extreme distress and pain.
