Bad experience I took my cat here late on a Friday night after he had gotten into a fight with a dog. The front desk staff seemed unconcerned about my cat. The vet took x-rays and told us he had no internal injuries, gave him pain meds and antibiotics and sent us home with instructions to follow up with our regular vet the next day. When we got him home I was extremely surprised by his condition. He was clearly in shock and still bleeding from his wounds. He couldn't control his hind legs. There is an $82 exam fee, all testing, treatment, and medications are in addition to that, and all payment is due in full before you leave.

very bad I took my 13 month old puppy there on friday because she had problems breathing after 3 hrs there they said she was fine nothing wrong with her well she had continued to get worse took her to pet smart tdy in west knox she had a severe resp infection this vet is not worth the 85 office charge my dog is still very ill had they caught this on friday she would be better by now they later said that...

DO NOT TAKE AN ANIMAL HERE After spending almost $500 and 2 trips to this place, the vet said she had diagnosed my dog, but come to find out that they only ran expensive tests and misdiagnosed her. After taking her to her normal vet she had parvo, a $20 test. It was obvious from her symptoms she had parvo, but they never ran that test. My carecredit would not go thru on a sunday evening so they demanded their payment before allowing my daughter to leave.
