My appointment was done in a professional manner. The entire staff was very polite. Y arrival was early and I was seen right away with my testing. My really appreciate that
I was provided excelent service by KODAK lens. The glasses I received was perfect.
Mike was extremely helpful in helping me to choose the right frame. He paid attention to every single details and make sure everything was accurate.
Dr Jacky Ng is very patient and explains everything in a way you can understand.
The staff starting from reception is super. Everything was explained very well. Dr Ng is very professional , explaining and recommending test but leaves the decision to me. David the guy who at the end helped us with our choice of prescription glasses is very polite and mannered. I wish I had gone to them when I was still working , am now retired and only share my wife insurance coverage. All the people I talked to are nice, helpful and kind.
Kodak Lens Parkway was a great place to get my eyes checked. The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. They have an excellent and well-organized selection of frames to choose from. Dr. Yau took the time to explain my test results to me in an easy to understand manner. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. 😊
