Kolby was an amazing help during the borrowing process. This was our first home purchase and we had no idea where to start. We were lucky enough to have Kolby with us the entire way and he explained from beginning to end. One of the best parts about Kolby is that when things got stressful (they always do...), Kolby was able to calm us down by talking 'simple' numbers with us.
