take a moment to share my experience with a service that I have used for approximately one year. Unfortunately, after providing them with three opportunities, I must express my deep dissatisfaction. During the last incident, my beloved pet returned home with rashes that covered their groin, buttocks, palms, and various other areas. Used the services 3x total. The third time was awful our English bulldog was given back wet & shaky. When I confronted the facility they said it was because she was trying to attack blowdryer. I was offered a discussion on my ext services. I waited a couple of months before given them another chance. When I did book again I inquired and got no response so I cancelled. Customer Service is very important to me. It requires communication. Therefore I feel the company lacks the commitment to their customers.
