Ben, to “WALK & ROLL” along the paths around the buildings. Ben WALKS and I ROLL along in my power wheelchair. You may have seen me…the good lookin’ old guy with a plaid blanket covering frozen legs. I am so disgusted with Willow Shores. They ignore resident complaints. The complex reeks of marijuana. After your first year of living here expect your rent to increase dramatically but God forbid you try to leave! Then you can expect to have your security deposit taken and be charged for random damages that they will refuse to show proof of. They are slum lords masquerading as high-end apartments!

I lived here for a year. When I moved in I did not have an upgraded apartment. My dishwasher rack was taped together there was a foul smell of cat urine and while I was there my ceiling would have visible signs of damage from the rain. The electric bill would be anywhere from 300-500 a month in the winter- for a one bedroom. When I called in utter shock I was told several people had the same issue and to work it out with the gas and electric company. While we appreciate your review, we would like to mention that the carpets in your apartment were brand new when you moved in. They were installed on the 14th and you moved in on the 28th. We have photos of bleach and other stains that were on your carpet when you moved out 1 year later. Left the apartment complex for an hour... came back to a FULL parking lot and half of the cars belong to the condos across from us. Completely dissatisfied in that aspect.

We do offer FREE on-sight parking and we are currently working with the management from the other property to resolve this issue quickly. Unfortunately not what it used to be..nowhere to park if you happen to come home late...no rush on opening the pool on time for the season... Very disappointed this year.
