These people are absolute thieves and liars. The electric was so outrageous due to appliances breaking that we finally had to move out. They took our entire deposit claiming that we damaged the carpet even though our apartment was flooded three times due to appliance and AC leaking. We found mice in the apartment, twice. Our electric bill was well over 300 dollars due to the AC constantly running and leaking coolant. Nice office staff. I don't know how they hold their tongue. I praise the staff for their ability to not tell the truth.

This place blows..... Everything in our apartment broke and the have the worst maintenance/customer services possible. The manager and staff at the woods in Amber are rude and very unhelpful. In my personal opinion the manager running that place is a miserable old lady who just wants to collect a paycheck and move on. They tried to fix things in our apartment from day one but half-assed everything they touch. our A/C unit is not efficient and blew up our electric bill.
