RecommendedWe have had a recurring water backup over the years. It happened again a few days ago and we decided to go with Korrect this time. Ed came and checked every line, found one that a previous company had not cleaned out and it seemed to be the culprit. He was very professional and explained every part of it to me, answered questions and told me of options for better clean out access. He did not try to upsell me, just gave me the info. We will definitely stick with this company.

RecommendedKorrect was great. Their service folks were right in the window they said they would be and diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. They were professional and friendly.
RecommendedWe had a drain blockage which resulted in water coming up under wood floor and carpet. We contacted them and they sent technicians out asap. That's what I call customer service. I would highly recommend this company. Customer oriented, capable and polite - plus they fixed my problem!

RecommendedConnected Korrect for a water meter yoke install. Phil came out and gave me an estimate and we went forward with the install. Everyone from Korrect was fantastic to deal with. Plumbers showed up on time, completed the install, I cant say enough good things about my experience. Hats off to all the employs of Korrect. A great experience and a great company to deal with. I recommend them and will use them in the future for any plumbing issues that arise.
