Shaun and Jason were prompt,professional, efficient,and courteous. They located the main problem.Fixed it,and addressed my other concerns.. They both noticed my curb cover was missing and advised me to call the water dept.because that could be a problem later down the road with leaves,mud and other debris making it difficult to access. Ed from Korrect fixed two of our outside faucets after three other companies said the repairs would be very difficult and very costly, involving drilling into home. Ed knew what had to be done, and had the parts to do it. He had both faucets leak-free in 90 minutes. I wish I had known about Korrect from the start.
Korrect fixed my furnace in fall of 2020. Came highly recomended. They did a great job & explained things to me. Today they replaced my sump pump. They listened to my problem, & were very patient with me. I was in need of help very soon. They were able to come 3 hours after I called them. Very happy customer.
