I called Korrect to obtain a second opinion, when our 8 year old Lennox furnace stopped producing heat. The first opinion (received from Stevenson HVAC in Beavercreek) included an estimated repair ~$975 and a 4 day wait for parts, and alternatively a furnace replacement @ $4100 and be installed the same day. The second opinion and the Korrect one (pun intended) identified a faulty thermal limit switch ~$32.00. Within 4 hours the part was obtained by Korrect from a local part distributor and installed. I don’t often post like this and I will not bash the OTHER company but I want to promote KORRECT plumbing and heating. If you are looking for an old fashioned business style where a hand shake means something and their word is their word and looking for a company that has pride in a 3 generation Family business and pride with their company name and a company who truly puts the customer first!! Chris was INCREDIBLY helpful answering questions over the phone. And all three people that helped with the quote and then installation of our new water heater were wonderful. They beat the price of roto rooter by over $600. They explained what they were doing and why. They were incredibly trustworthy. We will use them again.

My furnace went out recently and we needed a part to fix it, with the temperature dropping as fast as it did that week, it would have been to cold for my kids and I. Korrect came to the rescue, locating the part and getting it ordered so we could have it that night and the furnace is fixed. Thank you so much for helping our family out.
