Had Kosco flooring come into my home today and put hardwood flooring in my living- room. The two guys that came were very friendly and efficient. They did a great job my husband and I are very happy with the end results. The floor looks beautiful a job well done. First time buying flooring from Kosco. OGI and Danielle were great to work with. My installer had some issues laying the new hardwood, but OGI went to my house and got it all sorted. Great customer service! Will definitely use them again.
Ordered a custom area rug from Kosco flooring in November . Ogi had lots of samples to choose from so I could find an exact colour match . I am very happy with it . Also ordered a 5x8 area rug but when I got it home I realized a slightly bigger size would have work better. Ogi had followed up with me to see how I like it and when I had mentioned it was good but I wish I had ordered the bigger size. I cannot say enough about what a great experience we had with everyone at Kosco flooring. From the moment we walked in Ogi gave us his full attention. They have outstanding prices for good quality flooring and installation. He helped us in deciding to lay a luxury vinyl over our ceramic tiles that were cracked and the grout was coming out. Recently we purchased carpet for our basement. Great advice from Ogi who came to our house and did the estimate right away. Great installation by his installer, we couldn’t be happier! Very competitive pricing too on the carpet, as well as 2 area rugs we bought. Will be back!
