The team was organized and prompt in maintaining all deadlines and moving the process forward. I received plenty of communication and was always made aware of where we were in the home buying process. This was awesome for a first time home buyer.

Kraig and his team were a welcome surprise in today's environment. Kraig actually spent an hour and a half with us to make sure we fully understood our OPTIONS. I want to stress OPTIONS because he provided us a solution that we had no idea even existed. Ask about lender credits and seller credits!!!
