We have done business w/ Kraig and Churchill twice before. This time Kraig reached out to us about a rate reduction that would save us $75 a month w/ no closing costs involved on our VA loan. It surprised me that after two years, he was still watching our rates and reached out to us to save us money. The process was quick, there was a team to assist, and we closed less than 30 days later, skipping our November payment. No problems along the way. A great experience overall!
