I could not maintain a clear understanding of the process when dealing with multiple people throughout the process. My questions often went unanswered, for example... it wasn't until after paying my June mortgage that I received clear direction to not pay it. Also, in the web tool, the requested documents didn't match the list in the drop down menu, causing multiple attempts to load the correct doc.

Too many different people to communicate with. Sure the emails were sent to say that now you will deal with this person, but I just felt “handed off”. Not the experience I got first time using Churchill and not what I expected.

At time you seemed annoyed with my questions, in addition the clicking on the keyboard in the background it was obvious you were multitasking and not necessarily focused on my questions. In addition, when I voiced my discomfort with giving the notary a physical copy of my SSN it was passed onto her and she brought it up during the signing which made things slightly uncomfortable.. I would have expected a little more professionalism.

Your staff that report to you constantly were dropping surprises on us. I have been through this process almost a dozen times and this was probably second worst / experience me and my wife have had, your staff was asking for records 3 houses (7+ years ago) were having to do time consuming research of records we were being told by the title company involved back then no l9nger had records for due to statute of limitations. Yet We were being required to produce records that no longer legally neede
