We are very pleased with our refi with Kraig Spence, and Churchill Mortgage. We were able to get a much lower interest rate than we had, and lower than our credit union. Everyone we worked with (Kraig and his team) were very polite and knowledgeable. Our case was a little unusual, so we had a few bumps in the road, but nothing they couldn't handle. We were pleasantly surprised at how we could do this online and by phone, as we have always done financing in person.

Craig and his team provided excellent support with clear directions. The wording in the legal documentation was easy to understand so we felt comfortable signing everything. The software that is used made the process simple to follow. And when other lenders tried to tell my husband and I that saving our down payment was too hard and unrealistic, that we should put minimal down and take on more debt, Craig was extremely supportive and worked with us for more than a year until we were ready to buy
