It was easy to use the app and upload documents. Nothing seemed overly complicated amd once we were able to provide all necessary documents, it wrapped up quickly and we were done.

With the high volume of mortgages Kraig gave us his undivided attention and had a very thorough presentation. We had one jumbo mortgage and an investment mortgage that presented some challenges being self employed. Their uploading feature for files on their site wasn't working so I was forced to use email to send sensitive material. Not an ideal solution. All Churchill employees were very kind and easy to work with! This process is never easy however it is worth it in the end!

Thanks Kraig with your advice and hard work my term and payment were reduced and I’ll probably pay off my home 10-15 years earlier than I would’ve with my old loan, Great Job ! The Churchill experience was awesome!
