Kraig was honest with us, both now and 7 months ago, when he advised us to wait on our refinance, given our goals at the time and the current state of the mortgage market. He could just have easily pursued our refinance because we asked for one, but he took the role of wise advisor and we trusted him with that. Fast forward to now, with our refinance, and we willingly trusted Kraig’s advice, which helped us to save money and put our mortgage outlook in a much better place.
