We had a great experience with kraz. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of Windows and really took a lot of time doing so. We found that impressive being it was just for one window and they knew the rest were all just recently replaced. The window came in before we expected it which is always a good thing! Every single person we worked with from the initial visit, the follow ups, and the installation was wonderful. We would definitely use them again.
After moving into an older home, we had our siding, gutters and windows in the back porch done by Kraz in 2014. The sales person Tim was excellent! Did a thorough walk through, sat down with us going through all different options, and gave us the quote that day. We had Rob, Renee and the rookie came today to install our windows. They were AWESOME and did a great job! Many places sell windows but with Kraz you get a great quality product and treated well.
