Kresloff & Young have been and continue to be a very professional Doctors office with prompt and courteous service. Dr. Young is thorough and takes time with you. Although your visit is not "quick" it is well organized and the time you are there is expected for the steps of a thorough exam.
Though I did research before my visit I still had "real-world" questions about my previous (and first eyeglass prescription) 2yrs prior. Since I met Colleen (eye tech) before Dr Young, she was peppered with the initial barrage. The office of Kresloff and Young and Dr. Michael Kresloff deserve a 5 star review in my opinion. My husband and I have been going there for years. The office staff is always courteous, the eye exam and evaluation is top notch, and the wait time is very minimal. I love the fact that they now use texting to remind us of our upcoming visits, especially as I am aging. I will forever continue to use this office for all of my eye care needs. I have recommended them to my children and relatives.
Everything was fine. I arrived on time and did not have to wait. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.
