Kristin is amazing. Trust her 100%. We bought a new construction home and there were incentives for using their internal mortgage company. However, we wanted to get a quote from Kristin as well as she was our real estate agents recommended loan expert. In the end it turned out she could not compete with the incentives that were offered by the builder so she told me to use them instead.
