My loans (2) both had unforeseen snags and turned out to be a bit challenging on several levels to close. Kris and her team bent over backwards for me to get them done and assist me with some legal / title issues that where somewhat overwhelming to me. I would definetly highly recommend them to anyone buying or refinancing a home!
