Well, considering all of the 5 Star reviews for Kristin, my terrible experience with her and HomeStreet can probably be chalked up to bad timing. I never felt that she was on my side or even trying to help. I expect a loan officer to not only process paperwork but to also act as an adviser. This was not my experience. In fact, I felt that our relationship was very adversarial. My advice to someone considering working with her is to meet with her first and see if you have good rapport.
