I Started working with Kristin in early March, she quickly got me pre approved for a loan. Around March 13th 2014 my offer was accepted on my house. The house had to be closed on quickly otherwise there was a chance it could go into foreclosure. Kristin moved very quickly to get all the necessary paperwork together so we could continue to move forward on the deal.
