One braves the loan process with fear in his or her heart. The thought of rejection, tedious process, unending delays, frazzled agent, and all sorts of doom and gloom scenarios come to mind. And rightly so. The process is like entering a dark tunnel; until one beams a ray of light into that tunnel. That someone, in my case, is Kristina Hayes. There's not enough space to sing the praises of Kristina, but she has persevered in bringing my application to a successful conclusion. She rocks!
