I am complex but, process too long- 4 Mo. Too much work & questions- good credit & history- A Refi? Too many mistakes found at closing. Didn't get a copy of all of the signing docs beforehand. Should sign 2 copies of docs at the closing. Emailed later. Why? Funds take too long to be dispersed. 5 to 7 days electronically? Closing cost are very high People I dealt with directly were excellent, available and diligent. They kept me sane. Streamline, simplify, Hasten, Accuracy Industry wide problem!
