Shelby Howard was excellent, however we did not feel the same regarding Elise. She did not communicate the loan terms, your terms for no early payoff - knowing our house was in the process of being sold. Also when the appraisal came back lower than the purchase price - again she communicated incorrect amounts. It was frustrating, and we decided to communicate with Shelby only. Please do not contact us for further information. Since you have insisted on sending us this survey this is our honest response.
